How It Works:
3 Step Process to Begin Building a Strong Community
Step 1
First Week
Set aside 1-2 hours for our initial consultation meeting to better understand the demographic your business serves and begin creating a rough road map.
We’ll begin our preliminary round of market research, create a wireframe web design, and build a pitch deck of potential longterm marketing campaigns to consistently grow your customer base. At the end of the week, we’ll arrange a second meeting to discuss longterm strategies and dive into the first month’s testing phase.
Step 2
First Month
No strategy is sound until it has been tested and proven to work. During the first month, our media crew will produce and publish content in various styles on all major platforms. We’ll collect and analyze performance data, providing us insight on what type of media your target demographic resonates with the best.
A second team will focus on web development, conduct surveys, and continue market research with SEO and customer retention in mind.
Step 3
First Year
Consistency is the name of the game. Once we design a solid strategy based on last month’s findings, we’ll build and manage a small team of creatives local to your area to regularly produce content.
This may include connecting with social influencers, working directly with customers, running community events, and more. As we publish more content, we will continue to collect performance data and shape our strategies accordingly. During our monthly meetings, we’ll discuss performance and ensure goals are being met!
Hi, I’m Sai Kesari
I began my journey in film production as a drone pilot. After working in a handful of creative industries ranging from 3D design to advertisement film production, I realized that there are too many paths I wanted to pursue. I couldn’t do it all myself, so that’s why I started Sai.Direct in 2019 and began assembling teams of creatives to empower small businesses along their own paths. Through Sai.Direct, I can indirectly live the life of many masters in many communities by telling their stories and promoting growth.
Although I am behind the camera less often these days, I work closely with every client and team member to build a solid strategy and positive community.
